郎河茶厂的常规产品,是95年的配方,用勐海乔木九级料经传统工艺压制而成。特点为芽毫显现,压制松紧适度,细闻淡显陈香,发酵适度,冲泡后汤色红而透,口感浓香陈韵、滋味幽长、有滑度和粘度,四泡之后回味更甘爽,香气更纯和醇厚,是典型的“勐海味”普洱茶。这个价位而言口感真是没得说,所以实体店一直畅销,今年的新茶价格已经在40块左右了,而小店由于长期自行大量库存经营(优质品),售的仍是05年的茶,(有出厂日期,2006年3月10日)真是物超所值,现在也只剩几件了,看好了就拍吧!!!
【普洱茶的冲泡】
普洱茶一般可选紫砂壶或盖碗等器具进行冲泡,根据人数来选择泡茶器皿,投茶量大约茶具容量的20%,先快速冲一次热水以醒茶洗尘,之后依个人喜好选择冲泡浓度。品饮普洱茶可趁热闻香,好的普洱茶陈香浓郁,入口滑顺回甘,令人神清气爽,其高雅沁心之感,不在幽兰清菊之下。
[Brewing Puer Tea]
Puer tea is usually brewed in purple clay teapots (such as Yixing teaware) or in covered tea bowls made of porcelain. The size of the pot is detemined by the number of drinkers. Start by filling one fifth of the pot with dry tea leaves, and awaken the tea by quickly immersing it in near-boiling water, which is to be discarded. Adjust the immersion time according to personal tastes. Puer tea should be drunk while hot. Good puer tea will have a strong aged flavor that is smooth to the taste.
【普洱茶的储存】
普洱茶的存放环境湿度大约在85%以下,温度不要过热或过冷。而且注意不受到太阳光直射,环境通风、清洁干净,远离杂味异味(如油烟)以为普洱茶容易吸入异味而导致茶味变异。
因为普洱茶特有的品质和陈香是在存放过程中后发酵形成的,普洱茶通过长时间的存放会变得越来越香,所以常以陈香来形容普洱茶的茶香味道。但如果储藏条件不当或不讲科学的无限期存放,这也必然降低其品质。故在普洱茶的存放过程中应视情况而定,一般新的生茶可以存放5-10年,便可以得到较为满意的品质,而对于发酵过的“熟茶”则不需要存放,一般马上就可以品饮。
[Storage of Puer Tea]
The storage environment should have a relative humidity below 85% and the temperature should neither be too hot and too cold. Avoid direct sunlight and aim for an airy, clean environment free of unpleasant odors, as puer tea will absorb odors and flavors from the air.
The unique qualities and aged flavors of puer tea develop over the long natural oxidation process that results from storage, so the flavor will continually improve with age, and the flavors of puer teas are compared with the desired results of aged vintage tea. Nevertheless, if stored improperly or for unreasonably long periods, there will surely be a decrease in quality. For this reason, the tea should be regularly checked during storage. Most new raw teas will yield a satisfactory quality after 5-10 years of storage. As for fermented ‘ripe’ tea, there is usually no need for storage; it can be drunk right away.
【普洱茶的定义】
2006年6月在西双版纳傣族自治州景洪市举行的2002中国普洱茶国际学术研讨会上,由国内和来自日本、韩国、马来西亚等国以及港澳台地区的20多位茶叶专家学者组成的专家委员会,对普洱茶的概念作出了明确界定:普洱茶是以云南省一定区域内的云南大叶种晒青毛茶为原料,经过后发酵加工成的散茶和紧压茶。其外形色泽褐红;内质汤色红浓明亮,香气独特沉香,滋味醇厚回甘,叶底褐红。而“普洱”一词是因思茅地区的普洱县(原为普洱府,现为普洱市)地名而得。
